Why we built this
The med spa market has exploded, and with it, a wide gulf between top-tier medically directed providers and high-volume operators competing on the sticker price of a Botox unit. Botched filler, burned skin, and the lawsuits that follow tend to trace back to the same short list of missing fundamentals: no involved medical director, an undertrained injector, no plan for a complication.
We think the antidote is a published standard plus a public directory, not implied affiliations. Clinics and clinicians appear as listings they can claim and update. The published checklist requires a licensed physician serving as medical director, accountable for protocols and outcomes.

The people performing treatments must hold the appropriate license (RN, NP, PA, or physician) for their state and be trained on the specific product or device.

The checklist requires documented adverse-event and reversal procedures, for example, hyaluronidase on hand to reverse filler and manage a vascular event.
