Your data

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

MedSpa Pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates a provider-matching and referral service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use medspapro.com, how we use it, and, most importantly for a referral service, how and with whom we share it. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service and SMS Consent policy.

We designed our data practices around a simple principle: collect the minimum needed to match you well, be explicit about the fact that matching means sharing your request with a provider, and never surprise you with where your information goes.

Information you give us

When you use our Treatment Match tool or a contact form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, general location (ZIP or city), the treatment you are interested in, a budget range, a timeline, and similar preferences. Providers applying to the network provide business contact details, clinic information, and territory preferences.

You are never required to provide contact information to read our guides or use most of the site. You choose to provide it when you ask to be matched or to be contacted.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical data, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, using cookies and similar technologies. We use this to understand which content is useful and to measure conversion, not to build sensitive profiles.

We deliberately do not send the specific answers you give in the Treatment Match tool (such as the treatment or budget you selected) into our web analytics as identifiable event data. Analytics records that a step happened, not the health-adjacent content of your answers.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to match you with vetted, medically directed providers; to contact you about your request; to operate, secure, and improve the site; and to comply with legal obligations. For providers, we use the information to evaluate applications, manage territories, and deliver leads.

How we share your information, read this

This is the core of how a referral service works, and we want it to be clear. When you submit a match or contact request, you are asking us to connect you with a provider. To do that, we share the details of your request, including your name, contact information, location, and stated treatment interest, with MedSpa Pro and with the specific vetted provider(s) you are matched with, identified to you by name before contact where practicable.

We share your request with a limited number of vetted providers for your request, we do not sell your inquiry to an unlimited list of buyers. We also share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM, hosting, communications, and analytics vendors) under agreements that limit their use of the data, and we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

  • With the specific vetted provider(s) matched to your request
  • With operational service providers (CRM, hosting, communications, analytics) bound by contract
  • As required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of users
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice as required

Health-related information

Some information you share (such as a treatment you are researching) is health-adjacent. We are a marketing and referral service, not a healthcare provider or a covered entity, so most of this data is not protected health information under HIPAA in our hands. We nonetheless treat it with care: we minimize what we collect, transmit it over encrypted connections, limit who receives it, and ask the providers we work with to handle it responsibly. Once a provider receives your information and you become their patient, that provider's own privacy practices and applicable medical-privacy laws govern their handling of your data.

Cookies and your choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of non-essential analytics. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Opting out of communications does not delete a match request you already submitted.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise a right, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations (including consent records), and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

The site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
