Terms of Service

MedSpa Pro is a marketing and referral service that connects patients with independent, vetted, medically directed aesthetic providers, and that offers those providers an exclusive-lead program. We are not a medical practice, a healthcare provider, a medical referral source in the clinical sense, or a party to the treatment relationship between you and any provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose, or treat.

The providers in our network are independent businesses. We do not employ them, control how they practice, or guarantee their availability, pricing, results, or conduct. Any treatment agreement is solely between you and the provider.

We are compensated by the aesthetic providers we connect you with, through per-lead fees, per-booked-consult fees, or territory memberships. This compensation is how the service is funded. It does not change our editorial content and it does not buy acceptance into the network: acceptance is governed solely by our published vetting standards. We disclose this because you deserve to know how a free-to-you service makes money.

Being matched means we have connected your request with one or more vetted providers who meet our documented standard at the time of acceptance. It is not a guarantee of any outcome, of a provider's suitability for your specific situation, of pricing, or of a treatment result. Our vetting is a real, documented screen, not an ongoing audit of every treatment a clinic performs, and it is not a substitute for your own due diligence and consultation.

You are responsible for evaluating any provider yourself, asking the questions we encourage in our standards and guides, and making your own decision. Cost figures on the site are educational estimates, not quotes; your provider sets your actual price.

Providers who apply to or participate in the network agree to additional program terms, including the exclusivity, lead-replacement, and payment terms presented during onboarding. Providers are responsible for their own licensure, medical direction, compliance, and conduct.

The content on this site, text, design, and the matching and estimate tools, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes; you may not copy, scrape, or republish our content without permission.

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim responsibility for the acts, omissions, advice, treatments, results, and pricing of the independent providers in our network. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpa Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any treatment you obtain from a provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
