Every time you see the Vetted Provider mark on MedSpa Pro, it points to this page. Acceptance into our network is earned against a documented standard, not bought. Compensation from providers never determines who can be accepted; this checklist does. Here is exactly what a clinic must meet, and what we check.
A licensed medical director on staff
Every accepted clinic must have a licensed physician serving as medical director, accountable for protocols and outcomes.
Why it matters. Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. A genuine, reachable physician medical director, not a rented signature, is the single most important safety structure in a med spa.
What we check
- A named, licensed physician identified as medical director
- Evidence the director is genuinely involved, not a paper affiliation
- Protocols and standing orders that the director owns
Credential-verified injectors
The people performing treatments must hold the appropriate license (RN, NP, PA, or physician) for their state and be trained on the specific product or device.
Why it matters. Who holds the syringe or the device, and their specific training, determines both your result and your safety far more than the brand of product.
What we check
- Active, appropriate professional license for the treatment
- Documented training on the specific devices and products used
- Practice within the state's scope-of-practice and supervision rules
Written complication & reversal protocols
Accepted clinics must have documented adverse-event and reversal procedures, for example, hyaluronidase on hand to reverse filler and manage a vascular event.
Why it matters. The difference between a safe clinic and a risky one is not whether a complication can happen, it is whether they are prepared to recognize and manage it immediately.

- Documented adverse-event and emergency procedures
- Reversal agents and emergency supplies appropriate to the treatments offered
- A clear escalation path to the medical director or emergency care
Authentic, non-incentivized reviews
We assess review authenticity and reject clinics that rely on fabricated or incentivized ratings.
Why it matters. A quality signal has to be real. Manufactured reviews are exactly the kind of noise our vetting is meant to filter out.

- Review patterns consistent with genuine patient feedback
- No evidence of fabricated or paid-for ratings
- Transparency about how the clinic collects reviews
